Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your booking. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are available according to the following guidelines:

• 50% of original booking refunded for cancellations made 14 days prior to collection 
• No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of collection date

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method with 5 days of cancellation.
